OUR BAKED POTATO RECIPE
Choose your potato(s). Wash thoroughly with small brush and let dry. Using a fork, pierce holes in at least
two sides of each potato. Wrap in tin foil and place in 350 degree preheated oven for between 2 and 3 hours.
When the potato is soft to the touch (using an oven mitt, it is HOT!) then it is done. Incomplete potatoes can
be finished in the microwave for about one minute on high, depending on your microwave oven( Take the foil OFF
before placing in the microwave!).
