Blueberry Coffee Cake
Ingredients
2 packages Martha White blueberry muffin mix
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Icing
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 TBSP milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" square or 9" round cake pan. Lightly beat egg in mixing bowl.
Add milk, muffin mix and almond extract. Stir together just until blended. Pour mixture into prepared
pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
For the icing - Mix 3 above ingredients together. Drizzle the top with confectioner's glaze.
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until all mixed in. Bake at 425 for 12 - 15 minutes .
